Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance via e-mail.

The congress will be in English. Unfortunately there will be no translation.

Our congress has no theme but the 4 sessions are about Covid-19, Immunology, Clinical Sciences, Surgical Sciences and Innovation.

All student and new graduates who study healthcare can take place as passive participant. All students who study healthcare can take place as active participant.

Here is how to register: as passive participant: 1. Fill in the “passive participation” form . 2. You will get a confirmation e-mail from us, regarding where to pay the fee and send your vaccination card/proof of vaccination. 3. Since you paid, you will get a confirmation mail for certain registration. as active Participant: 1.Fill in the “active participation” form . 2. You will receive an e-mail of confirmation, regarding where to send the abstract of your Research/case report and vaccination card/proof of vaccination. 3. If your abstract is accepted, we are going to contact you.

Congress fees for each package are as follows: Package 1: only the scientific programme: 15€ (80₺) Package 2: Scientific programme AND the Gala Dinner 40€ (230₺) Package 3: Scientific programme AND the Boat Party 35€ (200₺) FULL Package: Scientific programme AND the Gala Dinner AND the Boat Party 60€ (350₺)

Yes, but according to our refund policy you will receive a refund of only 90%. Furthermore, the participants who applied and paid the fees, may get a refund until the 1st of April, 2022. The 27th IMSSC has every right to make changes in this policy.

Active participants are going to present their original researches or case reports at the congress. There are two types of presentation as oral presentation and poster presentation. The best presentations will be awarded. Students who will take part in our congress as active participants need to send their original research or case report abstracts to us. There are two categories of presentation: Oral presentation and Poster presentation.

Passive participants are going to join each session, workshops, and social events if they're registered to the packages with social events. They will be the audience at the congress hall in İstanbul. You can register here(javascript:void(0))

Yes, it is obligatory to prove your vaccination status before participating in the congress.
